Our products are shipped under the best conditions of packaging, our priority is to reach our customers intact.

 If you have chosen the option “Payment by transfer”, please send us email [email protected] the proof of payment indicating the number of your order, to advance your preparation.

With our transportation agencies (Envialia and Xtra-Logistic) you will receive your goods in a period of between 24 and 72 hours. (Valid for peninsula)

For shipments outside the Peninsula, the times of delivery are:

*Fly Sea:

- Balearic islands: 2-10 working days

- Canary islands: 5-12 business days (The shipping containers are loaded every Thursday, if we have the purchase confirmed on Wednesday we made sure of being able to bring out that same week).

Given the current situation, the delivery time of the orders can be further increased. Before any new development, we will keep you informed.

The orders are always delivered in the door of the local or portal.

* If the place of delivery is located in an area that is inaccessible or poorly accessible, the customer has the obligation to inform at the time of placing the order. If the delivery will require the help of a waiter, the shipping cost for a supplement. In the case that you do not communicate all the necessary data for the correct delivery of the order and problems with the transport agency, Tridecor not responsible for the damages caused.

We have contracted with the transit agencies to a maximum of two delivery attempts. In the case of that cannot be carried out with success on those two occasions for reasons attributable to the addressee, it should be directed to the appropriate office for the collection of your order.

You can also pick up your order to any other agency of transport if it should so prefer, simply tell us the name of the agency that come to pick up and the date, 24 hours after the confirmation of your purchase. And if you want to pick it up yourself, choose the option “store Pickup” and we will be happy to assist you personally in our shop in Fuenlabrada (Madrid), it will be available 24 hours after confirming your order online.


We remind them of the importance of checking the number of packages and the state of the boxes in the reception of the material. In the case of not being correct, the incident shall be noted in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, to be able to be claimed subsequently to the agency.

If you notice any abnormality in the condition of the goods will always have to indicate on the delivery note “Pending review” and get in touch with us in a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order, by attaching photos of the damage.

Whenever a product arrives in a poor state, they have to keep it until the transport agency skip to remove it.

For returns you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case you want to return the product for reasons beyond our company, it will only be reimbursed the amount of the product, NOT the shipping costs. The new shipping expenses for the return shall be borne by the buyer. Only when we receive the order in the same condition it was sent we will refund the amount.
