Shipping policies

Our products are shipped under the best packaging conditions, our priority is to reach our buyers intact.

If you have chosen the option "Payment by transfer" please send us to the email info@tridecor.net the proof of payment indicating the number of your order, to advance your preparation.

With our transport agencies (Envialia and Schenker) you will receive your products in a period of between 24 and 72 hours. (Valid for peninsula)

For shipments outside the Peninsula, the delivery times are:

* Maritime Fly:

- Balearic Islands: 2-10 business days

- Canary Islands: 5-12 working days (The containers are loaded every Thursday, if we have the purchase confirmed on Wednesday we make sure we can take it out that same week).

You can also pick up your order any other transport agency if you prefer, just tell us the name of the agency that comes to collect and the date, 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase. And if you want to pick it up yourself, choose the option "Pick up in store" and we will be happy to assist you personally in our store in Fuenlabrada (Madrid), you will have it available 24 hours after confirming your order online.

Orders will always be delivered at the door of the premises or portal.

IMPORTANT:

We remind you of the importance of checking the number of packages and the condition of the boxes when receiving the material. In the case of not being correct, the incident must be recorded in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, to be able to be claimed later to the agency.

If you notice any anomaly in the status of the goods will always have to indicate on the delivery note "Pending review" and contact us within 24 hours from the receipt of the order, attaching photographs of the damage.

If nothing is recorded in writing, it will be impossible to return them.

Whenever a product arrives in a bad state, they have to keep it until the transport agency goes to pick it up.

For returns has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case you want to return the product for reasons beyond our company, only the amount of the product will be refunded, NOT the shipping costs. The new shipping costs generated by the return will be borne by the buyer. Only when we receive the order under the same conditions in which it was sent will we proceed to refund the amount.
